A reference for the words queer people actually use: identities and orientations, relationship structures, kink and consent vocabulary, health and legal terms, subcultures, drag and ballroom language, and the historical terms behind them. Each entry is short, plainly written, and says where the term comes from.

Every term is linked to the venues, events, people and news on Queer Guide that use it, so a definition is also a way into the rest of the site. Terms are grouped into categories you can browse, and clinical entries carry their diagnostic codes where a recognised one exists.
