Restraints

Category: Gear

Restraints covers anything that limits movement by design, from padded leather cuffs and buckled straps to rope, bondage tape and steel. Choice is usually a trade-off between how secure a restraint is and how quickly it can be removed, which is why scenes that use locking hardware normally keep a key or cutter within reach. Restraint that bears weight, crosses a joint or presses on the neck is a different order of risk from restraint that simply holds a wrist.
