The West Hollywood Halloween Carnaval is a free street party along Santa Monica Boulevard every October 31, historically drawing crowds estimated near half a million in elaborate costume. The boulevard closes to traffic through the Rainbow District for stages, DJs and vendors in one of the largest Halloween events in the United States.
